Santos Almendros, Ángeles
Ángeles Santos Almendros is a specialist in printmaking. She started out cataloguing prints at the Calcografía Nacional and taught at the Escuela de Grabado y Diseño Gráfico Casa de la Moneda, for whose museum she catalogued and curated exhibitions of contemporary prints. She has worked as a documentalist for the department of drawings and prints of the Biblioteca Nacional de España and is currently collaborating with the department of drawings and prints of the Museo Nacional del Prado by revising the catalogue of its holdings of prints. She has taken part in various publications and exhibitions, including Rembrandt grabador: obra y vida (2010), Durero grabador: del Gótico al Renacimiento (2012) and Rubens, Van Dyck y la Edad de Oro del grabado flamenco (2015).
