Mukoyama Fujio
After working as the curator of the Yamanashi Prefectural Museum of Art, Mukoyama Fujio was appointed to his current post as director of the Minami Alps City Museum of Art. He studied Art History at Tokai University and mainly specialises in modern and contemporary prints. In particular, he has organised many exhibitions of twentieth-century prints by Picasso, Miró and Dalí. He is well-versed in the history of Spanish printmaking as well as contemporary printmaking, and has served on an international jury at the International Biennales in Bulgaria and Mexico. He is also a part-time lecturer at Waseda University and Yamanashi Prefectural University.
