Banta, Andaleeb Badiee
Andaleeb Badiee Banta received her PhD from the Institute of Fine Arts, New York University. Banta was the curatorial assistant in the department of Drawings and Prints at The Morgan Library & Museum and is currently the curator of European and American Art at the Allen Memorial Art Museum in Oberlin, Ohio. Her publications include A “Lascivious” Painting for the Queen of England (2004) and “Trials and tribulations: new documentary evidence for Bernardo Strozzi in Genoa,” The Burlington Magazine, 151 (2009).
