In this exhibition the Biblioteca Nacional de España and the CEEH bring together more than 100 pieces, including paintings, engravings, manuscripts, books, maps and objects to pay well-deserved tribute to a multi-faceted man, a defender of the national heritage, drawer, scholar of Hispanic art, collector, bibliophile and one of the main owners of drawings and prints by Goya. The show, on view until 12 January 2020, has been curated by José María Lanzarote Guiral, author of the accompanying catalogue.
