Hernández Pugh, Ana Louise
Ana Louise Hernández Pugh holds a degree in Art History from the Universidad CEU San Pablo in Madrid, where she won an extraordinary end of degree award. She also has a master’s in Advanced Museum and Art Historical Heritage Studies from the Universidad Complutense in Madrid and a diploma in Applied Photography from International College of Professional Photography in Melbourne. Different scholarships allowed her to further her training at the Biblioteca Nacional de España and the Museo Nacional del Prado. She collaborated as a researcher on the exhibition El maestro de papel. Cartillas para aprender a dibujar de los siglos XVII al XIX (The Master of Paper. Drawing Books from the 17th to the 19th Centuries, 2019) and, together with José Manuel Matilla, is curator of the show Del lapicero al buril. El dibujo para grabar en la época de Goya (From Pencil to Burin. Drawings for Printmaking in Goya’s Day, 2023), both at the Prado.
